By accessing and using TopoVias/ClimberCodex, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
2. Collaborative and Informational Nature
Information about crags, sectors, routes, protection, grades and access conditions is submitted by community users. The platform does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or freshness of this data.
3. Climbing Risks
Rock climbing and related activities are inherently dangerous and may cause serious injury or death. Users assume full responsibility for their decisions, safety, equipment, partners and assessment of local conditions.
4. Published Content
When publishing text, photos, logs or contributions, users declare that they own or are authorized to publish the content and grant the platform permission to display it. Offensive, false, illegal or rights-infringing content is prohibited.
5. Privacy and Discovery
Users may choose whether to appear in automatic suggestions for friends and climbing partners. This preference can later be changed in profile preferences.
6. Changes to the Terms
New versions of these terms may be published. To continue using authenticated areas, users must accept the latest version.
7. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, with jurisdiction in Brasília, Federal District, for dispute resolution.
